Your Buona Experience may look different as we navigate this dynamic situation across our Chicagoland restaurant locations. Our commitment to you is that we will continue to make proactive decisions that will drive a safe experience for our team members and the guests we serve. As a family-owned operation, a safe experience has always been a top priority since 1981.
- Enhanced cleaning measures: Buona is committed to caring for the health and well-being of its team and guests. Our restaurants continue to increase cleaning and santation protocols meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All restaurants are equipped with the tools needed to maintain a safe experience from the moment you enter our doors.
- Additional precautions: Buona is also taking precautions for every team member that works in our restaurants to protect them and our customers. Prior to beginning every shift, all team members complete a pre-check, including safety precautions such as taking their temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. Team members are also required to wear facial coverings during their shifts and continue to frequently wash their hands. All team members must wear gloves, as well.
- Safety Protocols: We respectfully request guests to follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting our restaurants. At locations where dining-in is allowed, tables are spaced and additional measure are put in place to allow a relaxed, safe dining experience.
- Drive-thru: Our Drive-Thrus are now opened until 11 p.m. daily to offer you better service when you want your Buona fix! We have added lanes, outside positions & technology to better serve you. Our goal remains the same: provide an amazing experience, without sacrificing quality. We don’t take shortcuts & all of our items are MADE-TO-ORDER.
- Download the myBuona App to order ahead and pay:Using the myBuona app, guests can locate a restaurant, order ahead and pay. Next, guests can pull up and check-in at one of convenient, frictionless parking spots. Food will be delivered contact-free! Easy. Convenient.
- Grab-and-go: All of our restaurants guests can place an order in the restaurant, over the phone, online and take their order to-go. Social distancing will be supported with floor markers in waiting areas, additional in-store signage and by limiting the number of customers in the restaurant at a single time. Seating is only available at our Indiana location at this time.
- Buona Delivers: All of our locations have delivery powered by Door Dash. Yet another convenient option offered by Buona. For their delivery, customers can enable a “contactless” handoff by adding a note for their delivery person to leave their order at the door. To place an order visit Buona.com/order. We can also be found on UberEats, GrubHub & Postmates for a premium charge.
